CAMP CRUSADE REGISTRATION DETAILS
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU START THE REGISTERATION PROCESS.
Camp Crusade 2024 will take place Friday, August 23rd through Sunday, August 25th at the Oregon 4H Center in Salem. Attendees will stay in cabins depending on their age. Full registration includes a two (2) night stay and meals. Meals include dinner on Friday, breakfast/lunch/dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
ADVISOR / CHAPERONE
Each youth registrant must give the name and contact information of their DeMolay Advisor or Chaperone that will be with them at Camp Crusade. All chapters are REQUIRED to have an advisor from their chapter attend Camp Crusade. Squires who register for Saturday must also have a advisor/chaperone attending.
Female guests are responsible to secure their own chaperone. All chaperones must be at least 25 years of age. Registration for female guests will be considered pending and will not be able to check-in unless a chaperone registration can be linked to their registration. A chaperone may only be responsible for up to four (4) females.
ROOMING
DeMolay is an organization that consists of members who are of legal age (18-20) and of members who are not of legal age (12-17). Oregon DeMolay typically houses DeMolay attendees in cabins with bunks based on age. Unless otherwise indicated on your Registration Form, you are consenting to being housed as described by the current Youth Protection Policy of DeMolay International. Female youth attending our Camp Crusade are housed in a female only cabin. Male and female adults will be housed in separate cabins. Members of the Order of DeMolay are never roomed with DeMolay Advisors.
**WAIVER & RELEASE FORMS**
All registered attendees will need signed Waiver/Release Forms on file with the Registrar. All waiver/release forms shall be completed online. They will be available after submitting your registration. Your registration will be considered pending, and you will not be allowed to check-in without completing the Waiver/Release Forms. PAYMENT
Payment in FULL must be made before or at time of registration. If full payment isn't received, members will not be allowed to check in and attend.
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, AMX and Discover. If you would like to pay by check, please choose “Check" before you hit the submit button. All registrations will incur a registration fee. Additionally, if utilizing a credit card payment, there will be additional fees added by the application and are outside of our control. Please verify the total amount due after completing all registrations.
Those paying by check will also have a registration fee. This is the basic system processing fee and is outside of our control. The correct total amount due will be shown on the bottom of the confirmation email. Please pay this amount to ensure payment in full is completed.
Make checks payable to Oregon DeMolay. Checks can be mailed or brought to registration. Mail checks to Oregon DeMolay, C/O Derek Sprague, 3468 E Angus Hill Dr, Meridian, ID 83642. Checks should be received before August 12, 2024.
REFUND/CANCELLATION
Refund requests must be made in writing before Monday, August 12th. There is no refund guarantee for any requests made after August 12th.
